Hello everyone,

Did anyone received an e-mail saying "Your passport is still in our office and in queue to be returned shortly. Further updates are not available at this time."

If so how long did it take to get your passport and when was your travel when you received this e-mail.

I sent my online application on September 9th, after they told me to send my passport I did it and they received on October 10th. I started sending e-mails this week and got replied "Your passport is still in our office and in queue to be returned shortly. Further updates are not available at this time."

However shortly does not describe anything but I`m hoping they will send it today.

Send original Police Certificates with a copy of AOR, Name, Date of birth:

You'll be fine for sure. PCC is not required to be sent with your application and can be submitted after receiving AOR.

Hi all, my cc got charged yesterday 24th October 2013
