Hi guys,

My Application under CEC was rejected today due to lack of reference letters. I plan to apply again under PNP OR FSW with help from my new employer. My question is: Is my BOWP still valid?

Yes, your BOWP will be valid until the date printed on it. Good luck with your next application!

Thanks for the reply, but how do they know it is me paying the fee? By name? cuz it doesn't ask me for any client number or application id before i paid the fee

They will from the Receipt that you would send them, as it has the unique Receipt number, which no other candidate would send them.
What that receipt tells CIC is , an X amount was paid to CIC. That , along with the email you will send them, should contain rest of your details.

But, printing , filling , scanning and then sending is also good, just more foolproof than the above method.
You can go either way.

Your BOWP is valid till its expiry date, no worries there.
Sorry to hear about your rejection, dont lose heart, I faced a similar scenario last time. Try and get reference letters and apply again. You can also seek help of an immigration lawyer to guide u, in case u want to apply through any other route. All d best bud!

Medicals done on 5th April. Medicals seems to have been uploaded on 8th April.

RPRF fee paid on 9th April.

Status is "In Process" since 26th March.

Any idea of when i can expect passport request ? I mean going by timelines of other applicants in previous months.

Shall i pay the fees and email the receipt or do i have send the hard copy as well??
