BTW, I just paid my RPRF, and i was instructed to send the receipt by email. I am just wondering how to fill out the receipt? Since it doesn't allow me to type anything on it. I guess I will have to print it - > fill it by hand -> and scan it to my computer , and send it ?

Didnt.
I just sent the blank receipt. As what CIC wants is a proof that you have paid the requisite amount, and the receipt no. is unique. So, its not necessary to fill all the details.
But, if you want to go that route, thats alright too..

AOR Recieved: Nov 07,2013
RPRF Request : Apr 9,2014
RPRF Paid : Apr 9,2014

I did added my details on the print out, scanned and sent it to CIC

That's what I did too. If you can fill the form, make sure to include all the information
in the body of the email.

My Application under CEC was rejected today due to lack of reference letters. I plan to apply again under PNP OR FSW with help from my new employer. My question is: Is my BOWP still valid?
