If you applied in June 2013, aren't you already way past the processing time frame. I think you should reach out to the MP again and request them to ask for another status update. This is a bit scary to be honest.

Passport request would be the result. Action would be and I hope not, request for additional documents, or PC or medical. This wait has gone on long but unfortunately as some say we still under processing period so just have to hang in there. Hopefully good news for all soon.
