I am presently working in Saudi Arabia. I have more than 11 years experience in different fields such as Bookkeeping/Accounting, Purchase/Procurement, Payable Accounting, Payroll, Secretarial functions etc.

I believe, I can apply in FSW programme under 1212 category.

Can I apply online directly in cic?

Do I need to authorize a consultant?

Is there any particular format in which I will have to get my experience certificates?

1- No, you cannot apply online, the application package has to be sent to CIC, Sydney office.

2- It is up to you to hire a represenative, it is not mandatory.

3- Your experience letters should be close to the main duties listed under the claimed NOC.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

When the baby is first born in Saudi, the hosiptal issues this vaccination card. Everytime the kid gets vaccinated, the responsible doctor will stamp/sign against that particular month/year.
Also, when the kid starts going to school, there is a record that the school keeps for this.
I would assume that this would need translation as well.

Hope this helps.
Regards,

1. I can see so many consultants online, are they trustable?
2. Are there any specific format to prepare experience certificates?
3. Police Clearance Certificate is mandatory or not?

Children vaccination record is asked for kids in school admission. In my case when my kids got admission nobody asked about it although i had the records.

if you have vaccinated your children than just go to any clinic and ask the doctor to fill it out for you and stamp and sign. Its not a serious issue.

it is not necessary to translate your IQAMA in english but you should add a copy of your IQAMA with your initial application.

Appreciate it much , can go without the letter from Canadian Consul-General Office ?or it's mandatory . by the way i will go with my wife so i need to letters or one for both of us ?

I am not sure if you got your PCC already but I hope this helps. The letter from Canada Consul General Office is mandatory. If you don't have it then you can also obtain a letter for PCC from your country's embassy in Saudi Arabia. Even that is acceptable to the police forensic department. Typically, the names of all family members (i.e. above 18 years age) applying for PCC are mentioned in one letter but you can also ask for a separate letter for each family member.

one of my friends has just done for himself and his wife with just one reference letter. If you are unable to get two, can try with one by inserting details of both on that letter nicely.Carry original with you and let your wife take the copy of that along at the CID. Good luck

not yet dear, will definitely share once I do :)

One of my friends (who was on work visa), had applied for immigration from Saudi Arabia. Later he left the job and went on exit. Now he is back to Saudi again, but on a 30 days extendable visa. So he has to exit after each 28 / 29 days (goes to bahrain), and re enter Saudi to get his visa extended for another 30 days. Question is, how to handle the PRR which he is expecting soon ! Please suggest, it's urgent. Tahnks

I am not sure which is the visa office for your friend. I can share my experience of sending passports to ADVO. If everything goes fine, it should take about ten days from sending to receiving back passport from Riyadh to Abu Dhabi. ADVO takes around three days for its internal processing while the other seven days are for shipment by Aramex courier. The good thing is that Aramex also delivers visa-stamped passports to the applicants on Saturdays.

So your friend can give the passport to the courier on the first day of his 29 day stay in Saudi (preferably a Sunday morning to get the passports on the way as soon as possible). Hopefully, he should get it back on the 11th day with visa stamped. Needless to say, the guy will be very nervous throughout.
