Hi All,

Right now I only have 25 days to submit my eAPR.
the problem is I requested a PCC from the UAE embassy in Egypt and submit all required papers by them. However, they didn't give me any receipt and it should be ready in maximum 30 days. Now it's 37 days and still no news and still no one is replying our queries from their side.

What ca I do if they didn't submit the PCC on time?

One more thing, all my reference letters are mentioning my title, working hours, monthly salary, work periods and so. is this enough? it doesn't mention contract or permanent job except my current one "contracted for one year"

Thanks

You can order the PCC through the ministry of interior mobile app. It takes less than 1 day to be done.

Hi All,
My AOR date is October 18 2016. I am an inland PNP applicant. Medicals got passed on November 1st and Back ground turned into Progress on Nov 1st. On December 1st CIC requested me to submit Schedule A. Today I realized that I didn't follow the correct format in Submitting my job reference letter. But I submitted the same letter to PNP and I got approval. Can I raise case specific enquiry and send the new reference letter for my current job with letter of explonation.? So that i can escape rejection.

Please advice

Thanks

yes..get the correct one and submit with letter of explanation..updating docs after eApr is fine..they will consider the new one.

Hiii.. My question is when they request for additional documents schedule A form and by mistake if we miss something in that form or if there is a short period of gap ? can this cause a rejection or they will ask again ? any answers would appreciate.. Thanx

All, my original master's diploma is in Latin and I just realized I haven't translated it. I have however attached an enrollment verification letter in English, along with my ECA. Do you think that is ok?

No - that's probably not sufficient, unless they mistake it for an actual translation. If i were you, i would get a translation and submit via CSE asap

Hello friends, I have submitted by scanned documents after ITA. In my travel history i included my visit from 19th Sep 2014 to 6th October 2014 as visit to Paris on Tourist purpose.

During this period i visited various other cities/countries on schengen visa but my base stay was Paris, also my point of entry and exit. Will this create an issue. I have now submitted all this information including names of cities/countries I visited in case specific enquiry form.

Can this be a problem to me ??

Hi members,

I am on a closed LMIA exempt work permit with my employer's name on my work permit. I will complete one year Canadian work exp in Jan 2016, and will enter the EE pool (with a CRS around 530). I have an offer letter from my employer that says my offer is valid until December 2021. But my offer letter also states that the contract is subject to availability of funding and satisfactory performance. Can I claim 50 points based on this offer letter or will the conditional nature of the offer letter cause my application to be rejected?

Thanks
Janaki

What 50 points are you talking about. A validated job offer (one with LMIA gets you 600 points), no LMIA, no 600. Otherwise you score out of remaining 600 (unless you had a PNP).

Erm...it all changed on 19th Nov. A lmia gets you either 50 or 200 points depending on the noc code. There is no 600 points for lmia.

Pnp is still 600 points.

You qualify for a valid job offer of 50 points if you have been working on a closed work permit for a year with the company already and they are willing to employer you for at least a year.
