Hi Folks-I got this reply from the wes after submitting the application on 20 th November,2016.

Dear Applicant,

CIC has informed WES that they cannot verify your ECA report. This is due to the incorrect application choice as the WES FSWP customized application was not selected.

In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your immigration application, they will need to verify your ECA report using WES’s online service. To allow CIC access to your ECA report, you will need to order a duplicate report at https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp? Please be advised that you are required to upgrade your file to WES ICAP at http://www.wes.org/appstatus/indexca.aspx before you order duplicate report, if you did not have an ICAP service on your original application.

Now i have a peculiar problem.I have sent the basis wes report to cic but last year i also did a course by course evaluation and the reference number changed there long with one post grduate degree for which result was negative as in non recognised.Now while i am sending the duplicate report it is showing the course by cours e eval rather than document by document which i submitted to cic and would like to give the duplicate report for the same.However there is no option.So i submitted the duplicate report with the upgraded one with the new reference number.I also send a CSE stating the same.Will that be right or wrong i do not understand.

Buddy, I guess, when you chose ECA package, You chose it wrong. So, now there is no "IMM" 3 letters after your ECA report number. It should be CIC/Immigration/FSW package while you selecting from WES order page.

Now, go to https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/xcopycic.asp, & follow accordingly.

Hello here,

I submitted by EE PR applications. I included my degree certificates (BSc and MBA) with corresponding WES certificates. I also included my BSc transcript. I did not include my MBA transcript because transcript to individuals except requested by an organization so I do not have my transcript for the MBA. There is one I can generate online though that says...Not to be presented as an official document.
My question is; I forgot to mention this in my Letter of Explanation. Can still explain this situation somewhere
Can it be a grounds for rejection?

You need to send degree and wes report only There is no need for transcripts.

If you are claiming points for your MBA then transcripts are required. I don't agree with previous post though. If without your MBA points, your CRS falls below ITA cutoff score, you'll be in deep trouble.

Do the necessary things needed, if you don't have transcripts, provide LOE, CSE or something else but i'm not sure if that will cover up the lackings or not.

Like I said, I cannot get the transcript and did not mention this in the LOE.
How can I update my application with this explanation?

Transcripts are only required for assessment by WES - they are not required for ITA.

Can you tell me what do upload in the section Passports/Travel Documents (Multiple) (required)? I have been reading a lot of different opinions on the net from scanning only the bio page to scanning all previous passports. I don't have any stamps or visas on my valid passport.

i have seen a mix, some people successful with just bio page and i have read atleast one post where somebody had rejection because he missed a page when scanning whole passport ( and that page according to person didnt had any stamps either ). So i would say play safe, and upload all pages. Also for old passports if they have stamps for last 10 years i would suggest upload those as well...if not, may be you can explain that with LOE and add old passports under LOE section. As per me, i uploaded all the passports old and new. Though i havent heard anything yet, so am not saying i went through with my approach but my general philosophy is more data is better.... ( ofcourse in a way that doesn't confuse the officer ...lol) but am no expert by any means

Same - considered just uploading my current passport and stamps, but realised that 80% of my stamps are in my previous passport. I'll upload only the stamped pages, however and explain in the LOE that only pages with stamps were uploaded. It's nonsense to scan all pages, first of all there's not enough space, so I can't understand how someone can be rejected because of that.

These are the instructions present for the document:

You must submit a legible copy of your valid travel document

If you have a passport, you must provide a copy of:
the page that shows your birth date and country of origin, and
any pages with stamps, visas or markings


That tells me that my current passport is enough and what pages I need to upload. Hope this helps...
