It's not reasonable to provide a contract for a permanent offer, a job offer can stipulate to the intent of permanency, but a "contract" cannot.

I too have a "permanent job offer" but the contract is for 5 years and renewable

Why is it unreasonable? Every job needs a contract, it outlines your terms of employment.

My employer( Canadian Provincial Government Organization) has said my " contract is 2 years and renewable every 2 years thereof " .Would this be okay or my application would be rejected
You might run into trouble because it implies that it is not permanent, as in, you are only guaranteed 2 years of work. Yes, it is renewable, but it doesn't mean your employer is going to renew.
You might want to run the contract by an immigration lawyer to be sure.

yes it is, if you have a permanent job offer, your contract will state that its a permanent job. if it doesn't state that, you have a fixed term contract with the possibility of renewal, but not a permanent job offer.

All LMIAs that will be offered 600 points must be a PERMANENT job offer in which it will be clearly stated on the contract that the job is PERMANENT. You have misinterpreted yourself on your application. Not only will your application be summarily rejected, you may face being barred from Canada for life!
Thanks for your help guyz .
I emailed the provincial hospital chief and dean of the University .
They told me to send in a screenshot of the job advertised on job bank which says its a PERMANENT job offer to CIC .

The salary/compensation contracts will be renewed every year as it is part of the Doctors contract with the province.
I spoke to the Physician Recruitment team and lawyers who said that there are 2 more people prior to me whose PRs were granted by CIC under Express Entry with the same letter with contract renewals.
Doctors appointments to governmental health authorities are permanent but pay is negotiated contractually every 2 years .
So you are safe wifedoctor :p
Only worry is that you are not a " single white european UK born & bred with a Phd " lol
but anyways I left UK as NHS is dying and the country is bent backwards with debt.
Hope u get a PR soon

Uk is a wonderful Country and if i had a job here, i would choose it over Canada. Also, there are racist people in Canada also.

Each country has enough problems of its own and hence cannot simply say one is better over other. It's simply how you look at it and what you exactly want out of it.

That's exactly what I heard regarding my contract.. And I'm not worried because I never claimed the 600 points.. My ITA is purely based on human capital points.. I guess they didn't know I'm not a single white european, but shhh..

Ignore Cryptic. That user is a troll who just gets in everyone's way and keeps the mods busy much like that spam one sees on this page often.

I got my application canceled yesterday due to incomplete documentation. The reason was missing Proof of Education.
I have uploaded WES reports for me and my wife, but did not upload original diploma's, so that is possibly the reason (although stupid because they have WES ref id and can access WES DB easily).

Anyone has application reopened after sending CSE with missing docs for this reason? I am wondering if there is any hope, or will need to wait for another ITA...
That's exactly what happened to me, uploaded ECA report but not degree cert. So app was canceled with no chance of re opening according to the answer from my CSE. So yes I started again, got another ITA and have just received my 2nd AOR. Do fingers crossed all goes well this time. Also would point out that I haven't received refund for my canceled app yet!!!

Absolutely correct that if you did claim the points than it doesn't matter. However, not cool to assume or imply that the CIC is racist. :(

Its a joke in response to a comment someone made that he got a PPR in 30days afet6r submission because he is white, UK born and bred.
CIC is fair in its dealings and plays by the rules

I have this situation where I think I will have a problem with my job offer.
Everything was in the letter (like they will gave me a full time/permanent job, hourly rate, vacation pay) except they forgot to put the total hours work within a week (40-44 hours per week)
Do you think this will be a problem and my application will be rejected?
