Reasons for Rejection

IELTS & WES are Not required. Doesn't make a difference if you did CSE.

No one on record was rejected because of lack of copy of these documents, only their reference & TRF is enough for CIC.

That's exactly what I referred in my explanation regarding people citing "refused because of not uploading IELTS report, where they actually didn't upload the reference numbers correctly"

People only get refused when they didn't provide reference number + code (different formats and fields for IELTS vs CELPIP), nor was their report available to fix it.

CIC doesn't want your report IF THEY ARE ABLE TO VALIDATE it correctly.

FKL thank you, i have verified that the Result code for IELTS which I provide in my Express Entry profile and PR application is correct. Moreover I have also raised CSE yesterday and submitted IELTS result card. I hope that was fine and will not annoy Visa Officer?

No that's fine. They generally should just be working on what they have. Additional info doesn't really hurt. It might be useless at best.

For the record once again. Uploading the actual IELTS or CELPIP is not required. I didn't do it and I am through with the process, nor did many other people that I know of first hand.

hello after ITA, the documents checklist which generated in mycic account, didnt ask me to submit IELTS report. is it required?

Do we have to submit IELTS report? should i raise a cse beforehand?

AOR: 2 Nov 2015
add doc req and sub (sch 4/4a): 3 Nov 2015
Medical Passed: 4 March 2016 (review since 20 Nov 2015)
BG in review since: 23 Dec 2015

I called CIC couple of days ago as my six months had already passed and was told that my file has been transferred to Islamabad and I need to contact there for any update. Called Islamabad and was told that that they do not process EE applications and it should be in London and when I insisted that I have been told it is in Islamabad, they asked me to send a CSE. Sent a CSE to Islamabad. Later checked on CIC London office weblink and found that it process following applications from Pakistan (Self-employed, Start-up visa, Quebec-selected skilled worker, PNP and family sponsorship applications). Really confusing where my application is.

previously, i was getting updates on my cic between the bracket of 4pm - 7pm PST, and now the recent update came 8am-10am PST - I highly suspect that my file has been transferred to visa office somewhere near PAkistan or may be Pakistan since CIC works 8am to 4pm - i saw these timings on phone when i dialed their number.

I applied under FSW. I called at 1-613-944-4000. For Islamabad I called at 0800-00226. I have not ordered GCMS notes yet, have you? Which website did you use?

Need your help for PCC in Myanmar. I have stayed there for 2 years so far in 4 different addresses but in the same city. The PCC I got from my current township police station mentions my current address in that township and that I have no criminal record at this township police station. It is not time bound but address bound i would say. Given the fact that in Myanmar there is no PCC letter from National police or any government entity, it is only from local township police office. Also that I can't get PCC from the other townships since my stay there was short (1 month & 4 months) and I wasn't registered at those townships as well and they will not issue PCC for foreigners unless they are registered at the respective township.
In this case, will my PCC be accepted or do I need to add LoE. I am applying for the 2nd time since my 1st one was rejected for not applying PCC from Myanmar. Your feedback is highly appreciated.

Note: CIC website clearly states that for Myanmar PCC, You should apply in person at your local township police station.

i am not the best person to advice on this, but i think you should send PCC you have from myanmar along with LoE in which you may explain the whole situation very politely and in detail
