T365, thank you for doing this. Reading this thread, I have some questions in mind and hope that anyone could put his/her insights. Thank you all!

1)Education profile not transferred correctly/completely from EE profile to eAPR e.g. Bachelor's level in EE profile, but transferred as Diploma level only in eAPR: can someone advise how to avoid this to happen? Is there anyway to check the mistake before it is too late?

2)Any kind of inconsistency or gap with the bank certificate and bank statements: by finding out the inconsistency or gap, does CIC contact the bank and check the current balance compared to the bank certificate?

Only way to protect yourself against this glitch is to double check that whatever is in the eAPR forms are correct. When you apply for PR, what's in your EE profile is transferred to the eAPR.

IMHO, yes. If the gap b/w the bank certificate and the current balance is not significant, and the current balance is still above LICO, it should be fine. They can't expect the current balance to be exactly the same as what was on the bank cert because interest rate alone would create a difference.

Thanks for quick reply. So if we submit them for my dependent spouse then CIC check NOCs and trying to match them or just neglect it.

Hi,

by the grace of Almighty God, i got revised nomination from sinp in one working day.
thanks everybody here their kind support.

hi guys, i need some help

i send my PR application last dec. 22, 2015 under NBPNP and got my AOR on same day. In my application, I mentioned my previous FSW application last 2014 which was rejected due to NOC cap or qouta reached. Now, I realized that I forgot to include/ upload the letter from CIC about my FSW2014 application.

Now, will this affect my current application and might be rejected due to incomplete documents submitted? Although it is not specifically mentioned in the checklist to include such letter but I know its also important to provide them a copy since I disclose it in my application..

Im hoping that CIC has a database to track or vouch the history of each applicant to check if they have prior application and the letter would not be necessary at all.

thank you for the help

Hi Guys,
Thanks for sharing the reasons of rejection. Is there any timeline of rejection after submitting of full application? Such a for PCC missing, immediate rejection, and NOC code mismatch how much time they take to reject ?

Hello Everyone,

I was asked to submit RCMP on 5th Jan and i got it done by 13th however due to SHITTY CIC software, i am only able to upload the scan document but unable to SIGN THE application at last step. I tried desperately but nothing.

I have done CSE, written emails, called them, tweeted to them but well it's all in vain.

My deadline is 16th Feb 2016, do you think they will consider uploaded file or not ?

Can this be a reason of rejection ?

Thier is no timeline. I have seen rejection within 2 weeks due to missing/incomplete PCC and even after 6 plus months due to mismatch. The point is to ensure you do not make an obvious mistake. Check recheck, prior hitting that submission button.

In case you do notice an issue, be proactive and raise a cse. Cic will not accomodate additional documents, but they surely will accept amendements on existing documents.

I hope you attached the snapshot of the error? As long as you can prove that it was a technical error, you should be fine. Just wait to hear back from cic. CSE takes time to respond.

Hello expert,
Pls what are the likely reasons for reject after request to pay RPRF. And does RPRF request means that your file has passed completeness check?
I look forward to your expert response

Don't worry, they should accept it.

Like I said, it does not even count. IRCC will just discard anything that is superfluous.

It used to, in the past. Lately, few applicants received rejections after they got RPRF requests - its terrible. So, RPRF is just another step now - there is no guarantee that an application will be approved after RPRF request.

Hope you get your application processed soon! Good luck and all the very best! :)
