Hello Guys,

Will appreciate your responses.

What if on you Work Reference letter, your Annual salary and hours of work per week are not mentioned, and to cover this, you attach last 3 copies of your pay stub which clearly shows these.

Will this be accepted?

Thanks in advance.
I have a reference letter, which does not state the annual salary (as requested by CIC), but says the my salary was x USD per hour, and I worked 40 hours per week, as well as states the exact time period of my employment. Do you guys think it is fine?

For CEC - you need these words

For FSW - I think the hours are ok.

Also, the word 'Permanent' only applies to jobs where an LMIA has been done.
Thanks for the reply. I'm FSW, so I don't need these words.

Hi everyone. I'm a FSW applicant, and I have a question about experience. 2,5 years from my experience perfectly matches the duties under the relevant NOC code, but I have some doubts about the remaining (in general, I have app. 8 years of full time experience). Thus, I have at least 1 year of continuous experience in a certain NOC code. Do you think CIC will also pay attention, whether my duties under the other employments correspond to any NOC code, or no?

Application rejected due to wrong PCC :'(

Now i have a question. I had OOPNP, can i use the same nomination if i create a new EE profile or i need a new nomination with the new application?

and how much time does CIC take to refund the application fee?

Oh my, I'm sorry to hear that....
I've seen somewhere here that you can ask OINP to reissue the nomination provided the rejection reason is valid on grounds of human mistake e.g. attached wrong document, etc.
But I'm not 100% and would need the seniors' advice here.

As for the app fee I'm afraid it's non-refundable at this point.

Could you please share your timeline? This will help us to determine trends, etc.

With just wrong PCC I believe OINP would reissue your nomination but contact them right now and tell them everything that happened. Time is of the essence here!

Sorry to hear about your rejection!, but No need for new nomination...Just inform MCIIT about the rejection with the reason and ask them to redirect your nomination to the new EE profile that you will create.

I don't think CIC will refund you the application fee as it's non-refundable. (It's only the RPRF that they refund and not the application fee)

All the best for your next..

Here is my timeline:
Profile Created.... 10 June 2015
Ontario PT Interest Letter... 11 June
AOR (Ack of Receipt)... 6 Aug
Ontario PT Nomination Letter... 24 Sept
ITA ... 23 Oct (declined)
ITA... 27 Nov
Upfront Medical... 9 Jan 2016
Application submitted.. 25 Jan 2016
Application rejected... 1 Feb 2016

Reason written on the rejection letter is that the PCC submitted is not acceptable and it does not include all the addresses mentioned on the address history although i submitted the PCC for all the cities i have lived.
Application fee is refundable, as the same is also mentioned in the rejection letter.

Hello Taz,

No need to worry if your application is rejected due to PCC
following steps are taken to obtain revised nomination

1. Create a new EE Profile and Job validation Code

and then sent following document to ONIP (Iam not sure how ONIP accepts it i.e by Email or post)

2. Check for revision form if Ontario has one. SINP has one on its website and two folks got Re-nomination in a day after getting rejected for PCC by CIC
3. LOE (where you need to explain your circumstances in polite and requesting way, in this letter pls mention old and new EE Profile and Job Code)
4. Previous ONIP Nomination Letter
5. CIC Rejection Letter
6. Updated Bank Statement

And, your FEE will be REFUNDED

Regards

I've went through a medical exam in May 2015.
And received an ITA in January 2016.

My medical exam will expire in 4.5 months.
But on the website it says it must be valid for 6 months.

I called the Call Centre in Toronto and was told that it's fine, my application won't be cancelled.
But I still don't know what to do because it might. My application was cancelled before due to the fact that I haven't submitted the translation for my diploma (but submitted a WES certificated that I thought was enough)

Has anyone had a similar situation?
Should I submit my application with the current medical exam or retake it? (It's tough because I'll have to go to another city)

From your narrative, i am sorry to say that it almost gives a feeling that even with one rejection, you are not open to learning the lesson, and still want to rely on some ignorant agent's words, despite having read and knowing the fact that any medicals older than 6 months are summarily rejected and totally unacceptable to CIC, just because it suits you and you don't want to take the pain of going through the medicals again just because it is in a different city.

Even the as an applicant one must not submit any medical that is less than at least 11 months old(unless there are unavoidable reasons to do so)

On top of that, I am not sure why do you want another person on this forum to corroborate your already known incorrect assumptions by having gone through a similar situation like yours.

I believe it is your call now whether you want to immigrate or not and do what it takes to get that. To me it doesn't look like that you are ready for it yet.

Hello SoloAngel,

I second what CanadaWeCome says.

If you think that going to another city to do your medicals is too much in comparison to getting your application rejected a second time, that is entirely your decision.

**Edit: I too was told that same thing by the clinic assistant and I even called the hotline like you did and got the same story. But the requirements do state that : Exceptions will only be made in circumstances beyond the applicant's control... It goes on to say ...there is no guarantee that your application will be accepted**
