Hi,

Just got my Immigrant stamping done on my passport.

I need to travel to Canada now and get a PR card once and for all.

But, I am planning a short trip this time (say 2 -3 weeks) and my PR card will not come in this time for sure.

Can I get the card delivered to my cousin in Vancouver, while I travel to Toronto for these 2-3 weeks. Or I need to be in the same city where I have applied for PR card?

Brother Card is coming thru mail. They are sending it with courier. So you have to arrange with your some friend who can receive your PR and can send courier to your cousin in Vancouver.

hey everyone,
I have been reading about all of yours journey to canadian PR for quite sometime now.
I congratulate everyone who has received the visa and wish luck to all who are waiting in the pipeline. I ask help from all of you for my case:
I applied during the month of june, 2014 and got my file number in late october 2014.(Dont exactly remember the date!!)

But since then, I have received nothing...
What should i do??
Plz help.

What does E-cas show? You should be able to login to the following link with ur UCI/ File Number...what do u see?

Hello experts,

I have applied in the Express entry system.
I have got a rejection of Schengen visa recently.
The reason was a business visa was applied and the embassy was not convinced for the business reason for that type of Visa.
Is that an issue for Canada FSW immigration ?

Any guess how much time as per current senario ... would it take for PPR???

PPR would take around 20~30 day after your third line.

I raised a GCMS notes - it says Security & Criminality Check - NOT STARTED

Its 5 month still above activities are pending. What could be the reason, should I call it an end my dreams.

Please share your expert opinions

We are in the same boat buddy...may 8th applicant with no PPR/DM yet...i too asked same things from all forum friends if i am out of race...my gcms notes as of feb 25 also said no security and criminality started...no idea what the NDVO is upto
