Not an issue at all, I know people rejected visa in Canada, stayed illegally in Canada, they came back to their country, waited for one year penalty, then applied to fswp and now they are living as residents. If a person doesn't have criminality in their past, immigration issues are not a problem.Stantony1234 said:

Yes, i already raised for one more GCMS notes request. I should get the report in next three weeks...i have raised several CSE's and mailed too but no response from NDVO. I think you should concentrate more on the notes section of your GCMS notes. Your case note,the latest one will give an idea of the status of your application as well as give an hint if there re concerns regarding your application.TANSAM said:
