Guys,

I'm Sep 10th Applicant, PER date is Dec 29th....

But still no Second Line Update in my ECAS.

Raised GCMS last month and got the report .

In that, the assessment status shows "In Process". But the Eligibility, Medical, Criminal Checkings are mentioned as "Not Started".

More over in the basic eligibility check from CIC, they didn't considered my Six Years Experience out of 8 years Experience. Considered only 2 years and given points for that only. Anyhow, the total points they had given is 69.


Now guys, please suggest when can get Second line update.. because many Sep, Oct and even Nov later dated applicants got SL update + Medical request too...

Really agonized now, don't know what to do...

Got my stamped passport back from NY Today. I sent my passport on 1st Apr and got it back within 10 days from NY Consulate.

Just want it share information with people. May be it will help somebody:

My original office was New Delhi. As I am in US, I sent a case specific request to NDVO AND NYVO sseparately that I want to get my visa stamped in New York. New Delhi office has not replied till date but NY OFFICE REPLIED WITHIN a week and asked me to submit the passport to their office.

After that I got passport stamped in another 10 days.

So it makes me think my case specific query to New York office worked.

Hope this information helps somebody.

Is there any communication from your VO since the submission of medical report? Did you doctor say everything was good with your health check?

Yes brother here's my situation. The third line was updated around Oct 15, i submitted my FBI PCC on Jan 1,2015. My first set of GCMS notes gave me update as of feb 25 and it said that my RPRF is pending whereas i sent the receipt already to NDVO way back on Oct 3 along with Medical docs. In GCMS notes it was confimed that they received my rprf receipt on Oct 10. Bring Fwd date as per GCMS notes was Feb 28. I have ordered another set of GCMS notes which is expected to come by this month end. Till now i have not received any communication from NDVO on RPRF payment or anythign else that would be missing. I assume no mail means things should be fine. But how long do i wait? Getting crazy and worried now.

I'm silent reader of this forum and got an opportunity to post my first query regarding the medical receipts which I have sent to NDVO on 30th March.
I actually sent the photo copy of the medical receipt and I keep the original with me. Now I'm not quite sure, the photo copy of it would really suffice for them? or is it better to send the original one to NDVO?

If ur Medicals were done in an E-Medical Center (where the Hospital directly uploaded your reports), it's fine that u sent photocopies of receipts..No need to send originals...

In fact if your VO is NDVO, you should have already got 3rd line update by now/ receiving it shortly.....Keep an eye on Ecas...

If you notice the Letter sent by the VO it's mentioned- "Complete or provide proof of medical completed"...So even sending receipts is optional for E-Medical Center but advisable to do so...
