Yes, he can make the 5 points to be lost to birthday by maxing out his IELTS. There is potential 3 points to be made through him. His wife too can max out IELTS and make potential 4 points. Pretty much there is 7 points on the table from both of them
In that case accompanying spouse is safe , easy and thus a better option

My prediction 440-441

I have reson for that. ONIP gave nominees to new people.

http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_PROCESSINGTIMES.html

Here is a link.

There were 4800 nominees were in total issued before last draw and now its 5327. So 527 people were added who are above 600 only from Ontario nomine program. I don’t know about other provinces but I think they also issued atlest some Nominees.

My prediction is again 440-441 with 3750 people.

Before someone asks: At BEST today's draw will have CRS of 440 with cutoff somewhere Jun 2018.

So we 439rs and below should enjoy our day instead of stressing unnecessairly. I am signing off for next 24 hours. Good luck to 440+ candidates.

Hey Guys,

I have enrolled under a one year Post Graduate Diploma in Data Science program. Has anyone any idea if this can be used to claim the "two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees" ? I already have a B. Tech. which is evaluated as 4 year degree program.

At least I’m not alone! Hahaha. What’s your CRS?
I shouldn't be mentioning on here as most people wouldn't want me in Hope thread if I openly admit it...haha.....

In my opinion there are only 3 ways the score will touch 438.
Back to back draws.
Number of invitations increased.
Influx of people with score 440+ decreased.

So far during 2018 we have no back to back draws. We are almost in the final lap of the year (final quarter) and still nothing. So this option for me is very unlikely.

Number of invitations may increase for a couple of draws in the next quarter as they need to meet their quota for 2018 yes or yes. This will happen only for 2 or 3 draws and then back down to normal number.

The influx of people has decreased during the year but very very very slowly. So for me this will not help those of us under 440.

All of these are just my perceptions. I am not a CIC worker and BTW i am at 438 since Nov last year. Waiting for IELTS result this week (3rd time this year).
Please share your results for ielts. I am also at 438 and appearing for ielts at the end of the month.
