Hi , Iam in the exact same position as u.original pcc sent with paper based application.only have a black n white copy..
Did u get a new pcc from BLS?
PCC may be black/white, but the signature of document original would be in color - thus - a color scan

Indian PCC is Black & White and IRCC is well aware of it, you shouldn't worry much about it. However the stamp is blue, that needs to be highlighted

It is clearly stated in document requirement that pcc scanned copy should be in color, if everything is black and white on PCC then it's file, else don't take chances. Most of the rejections Post ITA are because of PCC
