BUT ! When people sent their application in 2013, that time there is no AINP Terms and Conditions page !ScarletSails said:I also submitted my AINP application and am waiting for the result, so I understand everyone's frustration. However, before you take any action, please remember that AINP Terms and Conditions page states that:
"The AINP is not obligated to assess/process any applications submitted. Applications to the AINP are treated as an expression of interest, and as such, will be processed according to quality of the application (completeness, eligibility), labour market information, occupational supply and demand forecasting, AINP application volumes, and / or any other factors at the AINP’s discretion. By submitting an application to the AINP you acknowledge and agree that your application may not be processed in the order received, or at all. Further, the decision to assess / process any particular application, and the outcome of any such assessment / processing, is at the AINP’s sole discretion. Program criteria are eligibility minimums, and meeting program criteria does not guarantee that an applicant’s application will be assessed, processed, or granted."
If you decide to bring this issue to media's attention or to protest in front of the Legislature or AINP office, keep in mind that AINP officials can defend themselves on the ground that applicants all acknowledged and agreed to AINP Terms and Conditions when submitting the application.
Given the fact that many Canadians do not have a job at the moment, I don't think the media, the government, or the general public really care much about what foreign workers like us are going through.
If you decide to approach the media or the government, I think it might be a good idea to explain our struggle and ask for help rather than blame AINP and act like we have the rights to get our applications processed (which is not what AINP Terms and Conditions say).
Congratulations bro, atleast one good news for this evening and one reason to hope and smile. you made my evening good luckaks0111 said:Today i received my AINP Nomination

I totally understand your point here and according to your quote yes AINP is not oblige for any commitment in their terms and conditions but having a protest doesn't not mean that we are fighting for our right, it could be a way of asking question, need a solution to a problem or wanting the ETA for a particular thing. Meanwhile, they are oblige to tell us our faith because they have our document with them and they should be able let us know our destiny on that. We just need a solution to the problem guys and there is no other way to ask but protest.
I read your message in AINP related post. Congratulations for getting AINP.aks0111 said:Today i received my AINP Nomination
