I also submitted my AINP application and am waiting for the result, so I understand everyone's frustration. However, before you take any action, please remember that AINP Terms and Conditions page states that:

"The AINP is not obligated to assess/process any applications submitted. Applications to the AINP are treated as an expression of interest, and as such, will be processed according to quality of the application (completeness, eligibility), labour market information, occupational supply and demand forecasting, AINP application volumes, and / or any other factors at the AINP’s discretion. By submitting an application to the AINP you acknowledge and agree that your application may not be processed in the order received, or at all. Further, the decision to assess / process any particular application, and the outcome of any such assessment / processing, is at the AINP’s sole discretion. Program criteria are eligibility minimums, and meeting program criteria does not guarantee that an applicant’s application will be assessed, processed, or granted."

If you decide to bring this issue to media's attention or to protest in front of the Legislature or AINP office, keep in mind that AINP officials can defend themselves on the ground that applicants all acknowledged and agreed to AINP Terms and Conditions when submitting the application.
Given the fact that many Canadians do not have a job at the moment, I don't think the media, the government, or the general public really care much about what foreign workers like us are going through.
If you decide to approach the media or the government, I think it might be a good idea to explain our struggle and ask for help rather than blame AINP and act like we have the rights to get our applications processed (which is not what AINP Terms and Conditions say).

BUT ! When people sent their application in 2013, that time there is no AINP Terms and Conditions page !
that time there is processing time, AINP can change whatever they want , BUT they should finish those application sent 2 years ago first.and then follow new AINP Terms and Conditions page !!
if they change idea and rules every week ,month. you should not point that out ! thanks

[/quot

I totally understand your point here and according to your quote yes AINP is not oblige for any commitment in their terms and conditions but having a protest doesn't not mean that we are fighting for our right, it could be a way of asking question, need a solution to a problem or wanting the ETA for a particular thing. Meanwhile, they are oblige to tell us our faith because they have our document with them and they should be able let us know our destiny on that. We just need a solution to the problem guys and there is no other way to ask but protest.

Just a question, what is the legal consequences of such move. If things get out of hand and police arrest us, I know Canada made it easier to send back homes those foreigner who charged even with minor accusations. If any one have idea, please clarify.

Will this even help they don't want to give EDS nomination anymore man please accept the fact and find an alternative or apply in express entry. I too am in the same situation nothing better and accepted the fact .

You can raise your voice and complain with the media. Not sure if this works...
But AINP is right about their terms and conditions. We simply cannot force them.

Hey guys,
Has anyone applied for Nomination Extension? If yes, can you please advise what support documents you sent to AINP.

Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, you can only extend your work permit, when you already have AINP nomination, or Express Entry invitation to apply
