I have to do my medicals and I call the clinic and I talk to the lady of reception she told me that they have the format of emedical online.
she told me that the confirmation of medicals they shall send to me by e-mail.
my question is this: is this confirmation that should i send to VO ?

for the photos is right the format 5*7 cm in this stage

If your clinic is emedical enabled then you don't need to send anything to VO. It will be sent automatically by the clinic. For photos, jist take the normal photos that you used during the application submission

I have receive 2 e-mail on 27.07.2016 the first e-mail was request for medicals.
the second e-mail was for paying RPRF and sending some other documets: diploma, reference letter and 4 photos

We got those on July 11, but we're wondering if we possibly missed a request for additional docs. Is this message in ecas usually only reserved for additional docs or RPRF and Medical can also get this?

Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

Where can I check the federal application processing times by country?

We didn't receive anything else... are you sure this is the case? It appeared on ecas the same day as they asked for RPRF and sent Medical Request

How long does it take for "Immigration Canada" to process my file and set the medical appointment. I received my CSQ last month.

If my CSQ expires in 2019, can I submit to "Immigration Canada" in 2018?

It is quite normal.
I have been waiting for PPR since more than 3 months. I applied from Montreal and the VO is ottawa.
I paid my RPRF on April 22, 2016.

I called CIC today. They said my address and doc changes are in their file for last two weeks, but its still not showing in my cic portal coz they update the online portal rarely... how weird!! then whats the purpose of having the facility to check the online portal??

Anyways, they said they might send the passport request anytime soon (within the 13months processing time and now I am sitting at the 9th month )

Since I know we have a similar situation, I'll just ask you directly. Does a line similar to this show up in your Ecas? We only received Medical Request and RPRF on July 11, and people are saying that this line only shows up in ecas for OTHER additional docs, but we never got another request...

As I saw in my notes of VO officers, all documents are already on file. No more documents or actions required. I just see 4 lines in my ECAS with the last line regarding the receipt of medical results.

I do not know whether or not this long message means additional documents required in addition to Medical Request and RPRF. Maybe they ONLY meant Medical Request and RPRF. They were just afraid that you missed Medical Request and RPRF. So, CIC staff would just want to repeat, ensure and make sure that you finished Medical Request and RPRF asap.

If you are still very worried about this new line, just contact them to make sure no additional document is required.

Yeah I guess we should contact them. I'm fairly certain that they just meant RPRF and Medical though. We'll see! The one thing that's for sure is that we didn't receive any other request than those two...

Yes, I was requested to sent a plan of how I will establish myself and afterward I have got the same datat in my ecasr as yours

We just triple checked all documents we received and we really didn't receive anything else other than Medical Request and RPRF (both on July 11th, the day they said they sent the request). Maybe they sent something in the mail that we didn't get yet... but my guess is that they meant the RPRF and Medical. Do they send reminders via ecas or email if they don't receive documents they requested? Maybe we'd get that if they do want something else.
