I do actually believe that's the case. Since first PR card doesn't have its own eCAS lines, it looks like it changes from complete to decision made when the card is produced. Mine changed shortly before I received the card.

Just wait, this is completely normal. Took my application around a week (a little more) after AOR to show up on ecas.

Anyone knows? Does CIC just send the email asking for pictures multiple times (maybe once a week) or do they only send it once per picture refusal?

Do you just print the letter they send you that has name and uci on it and attach the 2 photos and that's it or is there a form to attach? Email doesnt mention a form but I see some people here saying they attached one.

Sounds like it! Your timeline is super fast, but that is indeed a sign that you're about to receive some good news. Look for an email that should come within the next week or two saying to check MyCIC to find that your application was approved.

Ohhh our timelines are very similar! Yeah you'll probably get COPR very early next year then :D Sucks about the photos, but skipping the PPR step is probably way worth it :)

I think if the photos are expired they'll ask for new ones with PPR :D In our case we never got PPR because the photos were seemingly still valid and due to being from a visa exempt country
