Does anyone know if the 30-days limit is for them to RECEIVE the medicals or if it just needs to be done at the doc's office within that timeframe? Let's say the limit is on August 10 and the exam is on the 9th, is that ok or should it include the amount of time it'll take for the doctor to send the results?

Also, does anyone have any good recommendations for an e-medical enabled panel physician in Montreal and any tips?

Congrats~ I read somewhere on the CIC website saying most of the hospitals in Canada are e-medical enabled now...

I would like to open a new topic for those who have already got CSQ and sent application to Syndey NS from Inside Canada. We are experiencing the similar situations. Let us share stories.

About my time lines:
Catergory: Quebec Skilled Worker
CSQ received in September 2015
Federal stage application sent from Montreal on October 13, 2015 and was received by CIC syndey office on Octobre 16, 2015.
Application fee deducted from my Credit Card on Feb. 25, 2016.
This is the latest news.

Hope to receive the AOR soon and all will be fine in the following procedures.....

I am still waiting for the PPR. No news since the payment of PR landing fee on April 22.

It has been 3 months. I guess the PPR won't come until end september since now it is vacation time for visa officers.

Question for you all... our application was sent last november and has been in process since. In February, my girlfriend (the applicant) got a job after being a student for the past 4 years. After we received AOR shortly after, we notified CIC that she now has a job and sent them her work contract along with an updated temporary work permit (PGWP), but we haven't sent them a new Schedule A form. Is this a problem? They haven't requested a new schedule A, but I'm wondering if it's necessary to send it given the fact that we did inform them about her new job.

If sending one is required, can it be sent electronically? And can it delay the application? Or should we wait until they ask for it (if they do at all, considering we did inform them via CSE that she has a job)

Anyone know the answer to this?

Does Schedule A need to be updated and resent every time there's a situation change (new job) or is it ok to leave it as it was when application was submitted?

Congrats on your request. I've done the exams on 8/Jul. According to the clinic, it takes 2-2 1/2 weeks for the exams to be submitted.

I'm confused about next steps though. I remember I've paid 1100 for me and wife when I started the process. Is it the same as RPRF? If not, is there another ~1000 bucks to be paid for a couple? geez...

Yeah the 550 per person is the processing fee which is non-refundable (the price for the application to be looked at at all), and the RPRF is refundable if your application is not accepted, but is 490 per person.

PASSPORT (COPIES)
POLICE CERTIFICATES (I submitted one from my home country. It has been expired but I haven't lived there afterwards) (No Police Certificate from Canada)
RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENT FEE (RPRF) (PAID Online and Submit receipt via Case specific Enquiry)

Is this a standard letter? Anyone received similar email from CIC?
I also received Medical Request today (25th July). Everyone I know received Medical Request before RPRF.

Any idea How far I am from Passport Request?

They sent an email to us with proof of medical exam, and I'm wondering if that means they didn't send it to CIC via emedical and they're expecting us to do it ourselves somehow, and if we need to send this proof of medical exam to CIC?

And in 2 weeks, I saw the status of my CIC account saying that the medical result was received. They report to CIC by a kind of electronic reporting system. So no action will be needed by ourselves. Yeh...hopefully. It's too loonnggg. My MER was end of May. They asked me some extra information at the beginning of June. And I'm still waiting.
