Since you entered Canada as a visitor and currently have no status, there's nothing to lose if you keep working. If your WP is denied, it might come with a removal order likely departure.i have been working with Walmart since Jan 2025 , i joined by sharing my implied status document as it has validity of only 6 months few days back they reached out to me. i told them i have my work permit application approved but i never got an hard copy they asked me couple of screen shots of my ircc applications. After couple of days they gave me green signal to continue working however from the time i met my lawyer i have given away all my shifts if not called in.
i kind of feel the lawyer i met has given me different answers and wasn't clear by himself what to do with my situation.
My question is should i continue to work ? current processing time of PGWP is very long and i really have no idea what to do. HELPLESS.
Valid TRV and applied for PGWP from outside canada. Can I re-enter?

Are you referring to my second PGWP application which is currently being processed? because the first one is approved .
If your application was never finalized, it was probably not approved and very likely withdrawn. I don't think you understand your situation. All the best.
