Processing time for spousal visa - Sri Lanka

no one gets any updates everyday i check here, no good news.... slow processing ..

Gango , I tried and tried to order the Caips notes but the credit card has not been accepted...Bad luck is chasing me i think ... :'(

why is that
i used husband's credit card's details to order & pay for that (you can only pay & order if only you are a canadian citizen or a PR). they don't accept local ones (sri lankan card)
try it by your spouses. or ask your spouse to do it, if your spouse is the canadian citizen.
dont worry you can do it.

I tried with my hubby's credit card only .. It happened before too .. Anyway I will try it again ..

check whether you have put the correct details on it
bcoz once i also has put the wrong address & on the second time they asked me to do it after 15 minutes.
& also you have to include your husband's details for everything as well.

I didnt call. I went there to drop the mail

you should send them an email again
& also you have to fax the letter to the immigration section. its more quicker than email, once they've responded for my fax & replied to me via email.

VO means Visa office .. Urs is Colombo-Sri Lanka I think and Fax number is 00 94 11 522 62 96..
