I was bit busy, So I was away from checking my emails and this forum for a while. So I checked my email today and saw a message from the immigration section. They have asked for proofs of communication, A new Police Clearance, Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate.I have received that message on 17th of March 2013.And They have mentioned that the deadline for these requested documents is 18th Of April 2013. AND NOW ONLY I SAW THE EMAIL. And they have mentioned that If I fail to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of my application.I'm already 13 days behind deadline. I'm FREAKED OUT right now! What should I do now? Please Help me. I feel like crying right now :'(

you have 2 options
i'll suggest you them after i tell what happened to me
they have sent me an email in mov & i didnt see it & also they have asked me to send the documents what they have asked from you nw in your email. but after 3 months on feb they called over my phone and asked why i didnt send the documents?
then i said i did not get any email from the embassy. they asked me again the email address & said "i'll check it & call u back". then I excused her & said that i'm very glad that if you can send me the email back to me as i did not get any email from them & also, once when the immigration sent an email to my husband but still he did not get that. so I asked her to send the email back to me.
then they have sent me the email back to me in the same day.
then i sent all the documents i was requested before the date.
how ever then i saw DM, 1 month after i sent the documents and got a letter another 4 days after DM appeared.
its HORRIBLE.... they have refused me. the letter says that i was failed to send 2 documents what i was requested. lies..... but i already sent them when i applied to the immigration canada.
now i suggest you 2 OPTIONS....
1. you can stay like you did not get the email. then they will call you & ask why you did not send the documents?
then you have to say that you did not get any letter from immigration. then they will send it back to you. you do this if you can get the risk.
2. you can call them & send an email & say that you did not see the email, according to some reasons. but you should have a strong reason for it. (like you have admitted to a hospital. & also you should submit the receipts too. if you can get some receipts from a private hospital if you know the people there).
you have these 2 options only. but you should do the best thing what your heart desires & fully right.
if they can tell tons of lies to the people, why cant you say one lie? its no harm. but be sure to send them through a courier mail, as they are saying that we were failed to send this & that document. and also you can ask a document check list from the courier company. then they will check the documents and hand over the documents in order of the check list.
do what ever with the proof
both of these options are risky.
