no i asked my husband to apply
but still he couldnt apply as hes soo busy these days. i thought u hv already applied. i also wanted to ask from u about dat.
theres little complicated right.
will ask from the others again
i'll ask from the other thread too.
bcoz the links i put on the page, like

is saying about ATIP.
other is for caips but it doesnt show that we can order it online right
ok will see what we can do

Hi

I had this useful information from someone else, which I do hope useful to u both Gango and Sweet.

Getting your CAIPS is fairly straightforward; you will have to pay $5.00 since you are requesting CAIPS notes for your spouse, who is not residing in Canada. I had instructions from someone on another forum on how to do it.

Follow the instructions below:

1. Have your spouse fill out this form:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf

Step by step instructions:

Tick the box that says "I authorize Citizenship and Immigration Canada... ... to release information from my case file to the following individual."

Then have your spouse fill out all of his/her particulars (his/her name, DOB, location of VISA Processing centre, i.e. The Canadian Embassy......... etc.)

Then have him/her fill out your own personal information under the headings titled "Designated Individual."

Have your spouse sign AND date the form at the bottom

but i was thinking about what is the different between these two.
now i got it both are same ryt?
and my husband has gone through this (the sponsor) & asked me what we have to write on "subject", when he goes through online paying?
what we have to write on "subject"

that means that ur application is waiting to be screened in to their system..after this process they will put ur file in the queue for the officer to review it ...gd luck hope it helps

Hi Rathika, They called my husband once to ask why we didnt do a cultural wedding... so does that means that my file was already screened? and now it is on waiting list to be viewed by an officer?
