I sent
1) civil marriage pic ( 10)
-explain behind each picture
who is on it from which country and explaining the what's
Happening on it.
2) wedding pic Hindu way (25)
Same as above
Include big group pictures of immidiate family.
Give names and country they came from.
Explain the wedding process like (groom coming in to the hall,
thaali, going around the fire)
I explain every little cultural aspects of Hindu wedding)

3) reception I did it Christian way ( white dress) (20) ( my dad is Christian )
Same as above- ring, cake, first dance , dance with dad
Toast- etc i explained I did this to make my dad happy

4) honeymoon pic (15)
Where we went - receipts of the places we stayed

Most of the big receipts of the wedding expenses
Thali bill, jewellary , Saree bills --- gifts
Wedding card bills.
Phone bills,
Air boarding passes.

Yes we are the ones left...I don't think that would be a major issue because I have heard that as long as your marriage is legit it's fine. You may just have to explain to them why you only did a civil marriage, for example some may say we want to do the religious one in Canada which is the case for a lot of people. Did you wrote a cover letter or anything?

It says aplli ation received! And tgey calld my husband to ask why we didnt do cultural wed. Husband explained. Thats it. We send proofs too.
