Processing time for spousal visa - Sri Lanka

I am unable to access Ecas for few days now
I tried mine and my husband ..... Can't access both.

Oh that's really weird. Well keep thinking positive and try to get that police report ASAP. Try doing some research or look on this thread for any information on Malaysian police reports

WITH malay everyone is stuggling with it..... noone has answers for this..... i have been researching for few months now... always end on dead end........ i dont know what else to do..... tried everything for this and lost lot of money for this toooooo.....

That's horrible to hear. I know this process can be very stressful but don't give up. It's up to you to push. Keep trying to get a hold of someone there. I wish I can offer some more advice but I have no information about Malaysian police reports. Keep your head up and trust in God that everything will work out perfectly fine.
