hi everybody,
I have a question. Yesterday I received my AOR (my APR received to CIC 26 October 2015). I recently got married and want to add my spouse to my APR (PNP). Based on AOR email from CIC I should notify any change in Case Specific Enquiry link. In this link I should enter my information, an Enquiry message and upload documents. But I am wondering what document i must upload? after completing this enquiry what happen next? if anyone have any regarding experience please help me.

I need urgent reply as i need advise regarding one requirement which came to my friend who has got ITA in January. He submitted his all documents on MYCIC on Feb 1 and yesterday he is contacted for few more documents:

1- Schedule 4A
2- Schedule 4

Why have they asked for Schedule 4A? My friend didn't submitted it earlier. He has received SINP nomination under SINP-EE category without job offer. He was nominated in Decmber, 2015.

Now, we need advise from all of you here as you guys would be more beneficial for us in this state.

Schedule 4A is ECONOMIC CLASSES - Provinical Nominee - Business Nominee. Please advise on first page, which sections he need to fill? As he don't have any business. We believe that we should write N/A in section 4 and we are not sure what to write in Section 5 which states: Business Plan / Investment / Intended Occupation in Canada.

Please advise accordingly.

Is this normal to receive first communication from CIC like this? Everyone receives like this usually?

I have read on numerous other threads of applicants cc getting charged and then receiving AOR a week or so later. No need to worry my friend, you will get AOR in the next couple of weeks.

Thank you for the encouragement. It's just that most of the posts I've read here (Sept-Oct 2015 applicants) say they got an AOR in just a few days after cc charge. But I've read posts from 2014 applicants saying they got an AOR after a month or two after cc charge. The agony of waiting is terrible... ???

Well i suggest its better if you call cic regarding this changes, they will guide you the right thing to do and right documents to be submitted. But expect there will be a delay or your application takes longer to be process.

You received the AOR via email right?

So it takes approx 2-3 months to receive the AOR from CIC.

My full app was received on Feb 5, 2016 and I may receive an AOR by mid May! Yay! ;D

Hi Guys Its already been 103 days since oct 28th, I did not receive file number. is it normal?

I think it's 3-4 months trend that Cic takes to send AOR. So I don't think you should worry about it. I guess you will get it within couple days. Good luck

Try to check ecas using your uci number or receipt.

usually it takes 90 days but if you can call CIC agent he gives you TAT of 120 days so I think you should wait ....

If it takes more than 120 days send them a Case Specific Inquiry

To notify CIC of changes to your application you may contact this office at the address identified below. You may also contact the Call Centre, toll-free, at 1-888-242-2100. Changes to your address may be made through our online service at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/change-address.asp.
