I think you will get MR any day now. All of the Visa Offices works differently on application though. For instance, I received my MR and got PPR about a month after that. From what country are you?

It really depends on the VO handling the application. I went to my VO in person, by that time I did not even have MR. After visiting the offices they completed my application in approximately a month. Best of luck to all of you my friends!

I paid all of my fees when submitting my application. So basically last year September, but I guess this will not help you. Everything depends on the VO that's processing your application.
