I happened to come across your post and I got the same email 3 weeks ago and since then my bg changed to NA. You mentioned in your post that you got MR several days later. Can you tell how much time it took to receive MR following submission of requested documentation?

hi friend, please correct me if I am wrong. I thought Ottawa is the final place that our files will be for BG check and final review. Isn't it? Or do they do BG check in Ottawa then review BG documents in sydney, then send back to Ottawa for final review and DM?
Does anyone know how the files are transferred and what each office does to the files?

How i can check where is my FILE or in which office......... On Status it is just showing BG is in process since yearsssssss
