They mentioned gaps in my email as well but I couldnt find any. Well havnt heard anything after that and my ecas is IP. so fingers crossed

wife medical done 8th august(in india)
Medical recieved 21st august
wife spousal open work permit applied on jan 03 2015
got work permit visa on feb 9th 2015
wife arrived in canada 24th feb
rprf request 5th feb 2015
in process 18th march
dm : skipped
passport request april 7 , 2015
Send passport within 15 minutes
hopefully passport will come back in 15 to 20 days
thanks to my parents who prayed for me everyday n my wife n my dear god.....finally i got pr and expect stable life now....thanks to all member for post their information here.

Sorry if this might not be related but I would appreciate your help!

I am currently a worker in Canada.

I have renewed my post graduate work permit and am applying for the re-entry visa. When filling the questionaire in MyCIC, I answered that I am a worker in Canada and that I am currently in Canada. However, when it asks for the forms/documents, I have 2 issues:

1. The form says: " Application for Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa) Made Outside of Canada (IMM5257) (required)"

As I am inside Canada, why does the form say "Made Outside of Canada"?

2. One of the required documents is "Itinerary, Travel (required)"

I do not have any particular travels planned.

What should I do? Should I complete IMM5257 form and get an Itinerary, even though I don't have any travel planned yet?

I had travelling plans but had no ticked at the time I was applying. My employer wrote me a letter stating that I work here. NO tciket

It seems from your timeline that your PCC for CEC application was ready when the request came in.
So when did you apply for your PCC as it cannot be older than three months? Was it the Indian PCC?

I see my application in process from 1st of APRIL.

Another good new guys. I heard from one of the source that cic is going to process all paper files before JUNE 30. After that all application will be online i.e. Express entry. Exceptions : Some serious security checks or background checks like FBI etc that may take longer time. Hope that comes true for all of us.

Congrats for IP. and thanks for sharing the good news about CIC. Can you also please also let us know if it applies to all 2014 applications or just application received till June 2014 or any particular month as this will bring hopes for most of the applicants here and to me as well!!! ;D

Hi Feb2004,

I was in India on vacation in March and had applied for my PCC while I was there. Once CIC requested for my CEC application I was able to send it right away.

But my bad luck as after a week I got a request for my PNP application to submit another PCC under my previous name and so far I have not been able to figure out how to resolve this issue....
