Keep it positive Shareview. I can somehow understand your feeling, I'm suffering the waiting also. But I think we are lucky at the time we applied. At least we don't have any problems like most of applicants apply in 2015. Just the matter of time.

CIC asked me to submit a new separate background declaration form on April 1, 2015. I am an AINP nominee, filed CIC application on June 2, 2014. Got MR on August 27, 2014 and Med done on Sept 23, 2014.

I got RPRF request on Feb 05, 2015 and paid it on the same day. My ECAS still shows Med Received. Is there anyone got request for new declaration form? I heard they request it if there is any gap in between personal history since 18th Birthday. However, I checked my previous form and did not find any gap.

Why are they asking for a new form? Any idea??

Maybe they consider the time from when you sent the form until now as a gap and want you to account for that time? So that they can make sure that you still have a job etc? Just speculating...

Thanks.. I thought it too.. but my ainp application is in alberta post graduate worker category.. it was not through my employer.. anyway just sent a new form to them.. how long is it taking for you guys to get pp call after additional doc was requested??

Did they mention any gaps. In my case I missed it from 2006-06 to2006-08 and they did mention it in email that please fill for that gap in new form

They asked me that after RRPF. Did you change your address. I guess I changed my address that's why they asked for new form.

Hello,

Sorry if this might not be related but I would appreciate your help!

I am currently a worker in Canada.

I have renewed my post graduate work permit and am applying for the re-entry visa. When filling the questionaire in MyCIC, I answered that I am a worker in Canada and that I am currently in Canada. However, when it asks for the forms/documents, I have 2 issues:

1. The form says: " Application for Visitor Visa (Temporary Resident Visa) Made Outside of Canada (IMM5257) (required)"

As I am inside Canada, why does the form say "Made Outside of Canada"?

2. One of the required documents is "Itinerary, Travel (required)"

I do not have any particular travels planned.

What should I do? Should I complete IMM5257 form and get an Itinerary, even though I don't have any travel planned yet?
