So I have sent a copy of the receipt to CIO cost recovery email. Question is, how will we know that they have received this email? Do they reply to your email? :)

Hi mj_paredes,

When emailing the receipt you need to copy CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca as well.

Did you get the reply back that automated email?

if you got that then you are ok, if not send again if you still don't get automated message you should be Okay most likely they will get it.

this happened to me last year when I email them and no AOR but it did go through as they replied after 47 days

I never got any reply about receipt. I got additional docs request and then IP. And you have to email cost recovery and CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca.

I changed my address 2 times but there is no delay so far seeing everyone's timeline but again it all depends. Every application is diff

Yes. It's the Yukon. Noc D job, employer driven.

Single applicant, no gaps in background form. Don't kniw the decision yet, tried to call cic but they are having too many calls and didn't put me through.

My friends here in the Yukon used to get their pr within 6 months of filing, so my case is not really that fast...

It is in process after 2 months of paying the fee so I am pretty sure they are working on my file because they got the fee ;D

It was not instructed in the email to send to CPC-CTD-Ottawa. I will forward the email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa right now.

Thanks for the advice guys.

Hi mj_paredes,

Following is the extract from the email I received-

"Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format.

You must send the receipt to CPP-O. For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it to the address CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca and copy CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca".

Hope this helps.

Well if it does not then I suggest no further action is required at your end.
