Hi,

You have the option of paying online and then send the receipt to Sydney and hope CIC would be able to link the payment with your file without the file number.

Another option is to send an email to CIC and hope they pick up your email and offer you a solution before the bank draft expires.

PCC is valid for 1 year from date of issue. So yours was issued last november?
As per checklist, PCC may be requested again depending on processing time of application and 1 yr validity. So unless we get PR within 1 year (which obviously is impossible), most of us may have to resubmit it next year. As of now i have seen only medical having resubmission requests.
For draft, as astasi mentioned you can send them an email or call cic. I dont think you should worry about that. If it expires, worst case they will ask you to pay online and mail the proof of payment. They should have records of submission date and expiry of pcc, drafts, medicals, pnp cert due to their delays.

There is no expiry date for bank draft. I have confirmed this with the bank.
Bank draft is valid unless u cancel it.
So don't worry. I can only say that we have to keep faith in god at this moment. This stage of life is worst. No idea whats going to happen.

Thanks everyone for feeling my pain and sharing your advice. I did get PCC this May but I thought they were valid for six months.

My bank told me Bank Drafts are valid for six months. Might be different for other banks i guess. My biggest fear is getting my application returned which wud mean my application delayed even further.

Planning to email/call cic don't know if that wud help or not.

you are right PCC is valid for 1 year from date of issue. But when you submitted to CIC that can not be older than three months.

My File received by CIO Nove Scotia on 25th July. 2014 under OPNP Masters Stream. Nothing heard back from them so far. I called cic several times they said that application is received but they can not do anything and I have to cantact CIO via email.
I emailed them and after 6 weeks they replied:
"Your email has been forwarded to concerned department and they will reply you soon" :o :o :o

Now two more weeks passed, still no reply. I have been following this thread and it gives me hope because I am not the lonely rider in this boat.
Please add me to the excel sheet and advise. :) :)

Also Please tell me how to access the excel sheet of this thread if any?

Well i thought I should let u guys know that someone from OPNP called me and asked me a bunch of questions like if I'm I at the same place, phone number, email address, jobs and stuff. I pushed so much to get an answer or hint abt QA she couldn't give me anything except telling me she got complaints from almost everyone.

Re: bank draft a reliable source told me unless I cancel it I'm fine. phew........... what a day!!!

I think as long as one stays in the province that nominates him or her application its fine.
