hi jstar1 and seniors,i've submitted my passport, photos and copy of the email to CPC-Ottawa last Feb. 15. Also, i have sent an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca last Feb. 12 to assist/guide my husband (Email subject:Application No. EPxxxxxxxx - Ready for Visa and Passport Request for My Spouse Outside Canada). the body includes the full personal details of my spouse (name, address abroad, email, DOB). Til now i have not receive any reply. Do you think it's about time to send the reminder or follow-up email? How to do the follow-up and the contents? Do i have to forward to them the same email? Thanks.

i recommend sending remainder email. they take 20 business days to respond. I did send reminder email with subject pending passport and got request next day. good luck

Congrats maxy81 for officially becoming the Permanent Resident of Canada.
Check this out for processing time for PR cards. It's been a week the processing time came down to 39 instead of 105 days.
