thanks for the reply cosx ..really appreciate it!!what if i want to study out of the province is this reason good enough ? what if you have lived here for 3 years already before you get pr?

Hi Sulav787. Sincerely, I don't have an answer for that. Meanwhile, is the course not offered by a Saskatchewan University? I've been in Saskatchewan for 4 years now...A lot of things are shrouded in mystery. Once thing I sure believe is that if my father in heaven wants me to leave, he will tell me. Then, no one will be able to stop me...He makes a way when there's no way. He breaks protocol for his children. He does not move by the wisdom & law of man. He created time and he jumped out of time. He's all before all things. He created all things and only in him all things hold together.

Thanks for the info Coshx. You are right about section 6(3). It seems that provincial government may have the right on the permanent resident status in some cases. Is not completely clear. It seems that Saskatchewan is using a different approach to track people currently applying through the province or who have already received their PRs. I guess the major concern is for oversee applicants landing in their corresponding provinces and leaving without even trying to establish. Another case will be for applicants already living in the corresponding province for a reasonable period of time and moving to a different province just after getting PR for any reason (usually work). I have been in seminars and conferences listening to BC immigration officers and I particularly asked for this issue. Their answer is that their part (Province) is completed just before a PR is issued, after that everybody has the option to move without any implication. Everything after PR will be handled by the federal government. Anyways this is my point of view and what I have seen and heard.

I am so bothered and frustrated!! :'(

I'm traveling in July, and would need a re-entry visa. I have been trying to submit online but I keep getting an error message. If I apply by paper mail, then I need to send my passport. :'(
