PNP File Transfer To CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia - December/ January

I found the agent ID (MTxxxx) of the officer assigned to my case through the GCMS notes. Would it be a good idea to send him my personal history without being asked by putting "Attention to: Agent MTxxxx" in the subject of my email or fax ?

Your file is presently undergoing a background check and they have requested an extension for your medical exam which expired on March 15th. They said it was very hard to estimate when your file would be complete. Touch base with me in a few months and we can see where it’s at.

Such a load of crap. How come nobody's background checks from November require this much time, but for some magical reason backlog files suddenly do require. If they wanted they could have prosseced the files in a month, instead however they are collecting dust on their shelves

Yes. Please don't do anything that may make them forget your file for another few months. At this stage, you just need to be polite in everything you do. As you can see, CPP-Ottawa does not really care about Buffalo applicants. It's a burden on them. Having to start all the checks on Buffalo applicants takes more time compared to CPP-O applicants who's Eligibility is already passed by CIO. In fact, so many pass other checks at the CIO even before being transferred to CPP-O.

i didnot include my pcc with my initial application......i just got it my AOR and medical request can i send my PCC to CIO?............in my file no its clearly shown that my file has been transfers to visa office.....my visa office is Ottawa or should i wait for request which would further make delays.......if i can send were should i send my PCC? ....... seniors please help...

If I am you, I will go ahead and send PCC ASAP, we all know they will ask you for PCC sooner or later, its a major requirement, so why wait
