they say "at least 1 continuous year of experience"

so if i had a job for 6 months then resigned then look for another job and i stayed there for 6 months again
would it be considered 1 continuous or invalid???

example timeline : August 2010 - Feb 2011 then by mid feb i resigned...found a new job started at March - August 2011 ?

are there any grace periods so or whatsoever ? thank you in advance

thanks

Hmm yes it's ambigious isn't it. My guess is that if there was no break in employment they might count it, but each LINE of the NOC duties you need to have done for 1 continuous year to count. If, for example, you worked for two employers for 6 months each, and at one employer you performed a duty which you did not perform for the other employer - then they would not count that duty since you have not had 1 continuous year's experience in that duty.

Basically take the lead statement- you need 1 year's continuous experience with that - and then each line needs its own 1 year's continous experience to count. If that continous experience is split amongst 2 employers IMO it will probably be ok if there is no break in employment.

so basically , if i worked in a hospital pharmacy, my next job should be in a hospital pharmacy for it to count as continuous

Dear all

my completed application was received by cio on jan 11 and i received the email on march 16th sating that my file will be transferred to the london office for further processing.

on accessing ecas it showed that it was reviewed by cio and is in progress, it didnt mention whether the london office received my file or not, isnt this confusing, can any one clarify why nothing is mentioned about the london visa office and how they say it is in process.

should i contact london vo about my status?

please reply

Hi dear members,

It is my second application and my ecase in IN Process since 31May, . With previous application1999, I failed to appear in interview because I recieve letter very late.

I am interested to know wheather they will check my previous application and if yes then at what stage and will it affect negatively because I submitted my new application witn new NOC.

HELLO sHAH

dONT WORRY ABOUT YOUR PREVIOUS APPLICATION THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR PREVIOUS ONE AND SECONDLY YOUR PREVIOUS APPLICATION IS MORE THEN 10 YEARS OLD AND I DONT THINK THAT THEY KEEP RECORD OF THAT.

BUT ONE AND MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THEY CHECK YOUR RECENT FILE AND THEY WILL GIVE DECISION ACCORDING TO YOUR LATEST APPLICATION.

SO DONT WORRY ABOUT YOUR OLD ONE, RELAX AND CHILL.
