There are another 20,000 visas for next year in the PGP category, so hopefully everyone will get their visas, specially those who've done the medicals. Hopefully alll VO's speed up the issuance of COPRs' to parents and dependents.
Keep the faith strong and don't lose hope.

On another note for those waiting for CPC-M decisions, we submitted our docs in May 2012, and we got decision in January 2013.
It took us quite a few months in Phase 1 @ CPC-M. It was a really hard wait at that time as we felt everyone else was approved before us, but eventually we had our decision too and now it seems a distant thing of the past, even forgotten..

For those who are at medicals stage, please advise your parents/dependents to TRY to have healthy diets in order to keep blood/sugar/urine levels without big issues. Ask them to eat healthier at least until they pass/re-do medical exams. Specially with blood pressure and diabetes spreading like crazy around the world these days! It's tough to ask but please keep convince them so that they can be here with you.

They r lucky dat they got n jan our case transfer n feb 2013 after submission n may...

We even removed 1 dependent who got married and settled in Europe anyway.
At that time it felt like people who applied AFTER us were getting approval before us (it looked unfair).
Option-C was submitted for ALL years upto 2012.

For those who paid the permanent residence fee, I need a help. I sponsor my father (the main applicant) and mother (the family member). How much do I need to pay ? $490 or $980 ?

Hi canvis2006. They asked for option C for all the years up to 2012? Or you submitted them as extras?

They never asked that. They just wanted the 2009 one as per the doc checklist.
I submitted them on my own (they did not ask).
