Thanks rajmalhotra for sharing info.

I called call centre today and spoke to an agent.
Agent said that file was in the process of transfer to Ottawa, but still no decision on the sponsorship itself.

Has anyone else whose file still at CPC-M heard the same from an agent? Not sure if agent would divulge such info or whether its true.
Even if they transfer files, would it be assumed that file has been "pre-screened" by CPC-M for CPP-O ?

I know many spousal cases are being decided by CPP-O as well, but is it the same logic for parental cases?

Any people here that received their sponsorship approval from CPP-O instead of CPC-M ??

Does FOSS show this info at all, or only GCMS shows this?
BTW we're at 44 months already in terms of processing time for stage 1.

Anyone else share the same experience or info currently?

My in-laws for a call from Delhi LVO asking if they can land before Dec 24th (medical expire on that day) and obviously they said "yes".

So LVO will be sending passports back by registered post....... ;D

Ecas still says "in-process"
2 weeks back my parents also got their Visa too -mission accomplished.

All the best to everyone on this forum....hope u all get positive results soon

UPDATE: Ecas now shows Canada address :-)

Also my in-laws got a call again from LVO Delhi telling them that the passport have been sent by registered post and the agent also provided the tracking number ...

@Last-Step - Any news about your parents passport??

Hello all,

Does anyone know how long does it take for ND visa office to change "in process" status to "decision made".

Thanks for your help,

I got a email from CPP-O to pay the RIght of Landing Fee or send a scanned copy of the receipt . I am just wondering if any one on this forum got such a email and know how much time it takes to get a PPR after this?

I appreciate your help.

Hi eric leon ,

I have applied in Dec 2010, I dont think they have even started 2010 applications. They are working on applications from 2007 - Nov 2009. I did called CIC and they said they will first complete this batch and will then start the next batch. Not sure how long will take for us :(

If you hear back anything on any other thread, please keep me posted.
