Good news to share.Today i received email from cpp o to submitt passport photocopy and 2 photographs for my father to submitt at london cic within 30 days.ECAS status changed today also.ecas is "WE STARTED PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION ON DEC. 3,2012.MEDICAL RESULTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.A DECISION HAS BEEN MADE ON YOUR APPLICATION.THE OFFICE WILL CONTACT YOU CONCERNING THIS DECISION." MEdical was done on sep. 7 ,2012.

My mom file was at Ottawa, visa issued at Delhi, Medical was done at Canada on may, 2012

We started processing your application on December 3, 2012.

Medical results have been received.

DHL is the one I used. If you call them before 3pm they will pick up for next day delivery. We had to send ours on a friday so it wasn't delivered until monday morning. There are 2 charge rates ,one is guaranteed delivery before midday the other is also guaranteed but later in the day. We found when we tracked the item, because it was delivered on Monday after being at their depot over the weekend, it was delivered by 10.30 am without the need for extra payment.
Don't forget to include the post office special delivery envelope (prepaid) for return of your COPR. That will have a tracking number.
