Hi Valoni,

Welcome to the forum! One great news you have is that your file is in Vienna. Vienna was the first visa office that actually issued a visa to under the new process of parent sponsorship (on this forum at least). Secondly, there is very little backlog facing Vienna visa office. Anything between 3 to 6 months should not be unreasonable for you to hear from the visa office.

4-If you were less then 22 at the time of application filed,did embassy asked you for proof of continuous studies or not?

My MP's office told me that it would take two more months to finalize the sponsorship approval. However, I am glad to inform you that the current E-cas status shows "Decision made" when I checked it few minutes back.

thanks lkuckkk!! they didnt ask for nothing it was the first medical when we got the visa our medical was expiring on the 11 of cot 2012 so the last date was 11 oct to enter in canada

Vow, thats crazy fast. Many of us before you are still waiting - good on you mate

What a difference where the file is tossed - CPP-O did the major chunk of asking Meds and LVO ask at the very end with no specific date to return PP.

Thats great news.You guys are truly lucky that ISB didn't expire your meds.Otherwise there aremany cases with medicals expired recently.
Your interview was Army related or no?
Because we have a member from Quebec and hs parents are asked for Interview.His father was in Army so they want to know.actually there are around 5 cases with Army background.So just wondering.
