I guess he sent IELTS results around 2007 and then re-request came again in July, 2012. He wanted to take IELTS as soon as possible but no dates were available so he gave in August (I believe same was informed to authorities) and sent results immediately. Not heard anything after IELTS results...

Yes. he is a 2004 applicant and selected for BC PNP (I guess this a pilot project) and asked to re-submit all the documents earlier this year. He was requested to give IELTS again (as earlier IELTS has expired) which he gave in August this year. Now, waiting to hear back something from them.

Why this Oct. 31st, 2012 deadline? Is this the deadline for cases to be finalized? One of my friend also in the same category (BC + FSW Pilot + Backlog)
