Since your Doc's Request was Nov 25th, it might have stated that you could take steps to get the pcc. Some later applicant's letters clearly specified that they should not submit the PCC. If this was not applicable to you, then you can send it to the LVO. As it is, there is simply no point in holding on to it.

I have same question too, in my 25 nov letter cic recommended that we apply for pcc. my parents lived in 3 countries, I applies for 2 of countries because they take a long time to issue pcc but the third one issues in 3 days. after long wait i got those 2 pcc. I wonder if i should send out these 2 to lvo and send the third one when they request? but im afraid if this gets too confusing for them. what you guys think? should i send 3 together when they request it or i send 2 first and the third later?

Its best to send all 3 together. Sending it separately would unnessarily delay the process. I sent in my mom's pcc based on the Nov 25th letter. In the gcms notes I could see a record that they have received the pcc.

@ Starzibal
Just the AOR which I received from LVO.Once I will send the requested documents then the wait starts again.I will let you know as soon as there are some developments. There are 3 people ahead of me whom I am following and all of us are at AOR stage. No meds for anyone.Lets see in coming few months.

..thats what I am wondering, my folks did meds for TRV as well..as per CIC agent, they said, unless they want more info..they won ask for meds but almost everyone here has insisted otherwise saying that TRV meds don't count even though the med form was the same with the exact same test

Yes , letter clearly says any medical done prior to this request is not valid.

I had sent it separately (it wasn't included in the additional docs).

The confusion was, based on the Nov 25th letter, a lot of applicants included the PCC along with the additional docs. CIC-M is not equipped to evaluate the PCC of different countries - as this is normally the task of LVOs. When CIC realised this, for the next batch of additional docs request, they clearly specified that PCC should not be sent to CIC-M. So, if one has the pcc and knows where the application is being processed (after the sponsorship is approved), there is really no harm in sending the PCC there - especially if one has received aor from the processing VO.

Letter i received from Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa with medical request say

Your examining doctor will send your X-ray and results to the usual medical review office responsible for their territory

PLEASE NOTE: If your medical results are sent to Ottawa instead of the responsible medical office, the file will be forwarded to the responsible medical office, causing further delays.

So I dont think that a medical done in chandigarh will be sent to Ottawa,

What u people think?

yes correct. medical report is uploaded into the system at local office, CPC-O can see it anytime.

The DMP know where to send it and for cases being processed by CPC-O the meds go to Ottawa. Unless the process has changed I am positive about it. I tracked my medical package that was delivered to Ottawa

Not necessarily... my case is in Ottawa and medicals were send to a regional office...
I believe that DMPs from different countries used to send medical results to Ottawa instead of regional office so CIC has changed the letter and explicitly tells that results will go to a regional office...
