Hi there anyone:

I done my mothers PCC before CIC asked us, can i send it to the CIC LVO now or what i have to do now, please anybody help me.

If they haven't asked for it then don't send it cause they won't accept it and return it back to you. You can submit PCC 2 times

1. When you submit additional documents request
2. When they ask for Medical they also ask for PCC.

Hii frndz we have one member name is "39" please help this person with his/her question since i dont have a correct answer

CPC-M asked this member to provide proof of income from 22 feb 2011 til 22 feb 2012 and they also asked for Option C for 2011........
now the problem is member's income comes out lower than what he/she needed to make that year when he/she calculates the income on paystubs for all these months from feb'11 to feb'12......
but income on Option C is accurate (good).
Thanks for your advice

Hi guys,

Here's our timeline.

First Applied to Sponsor: May 2009
Documents request: 30 March, 2012.
Docs sent to CPC-M: May 14, 2012
Docs returned for correction: June 27, 2012 (signature issue on 1 of the forms)....letter received on 9th july by mail.
Resubmitted docs: July 11, 2012....(as per CP delivery notice)

The copy of the docs request letter was date stamped with officer initials and dated 14 May 2012.
Does this have any significance?

Any rough ideas on when to expect CPC-M to resume processing or get an AOR or approval?
We sent it to the officer who wrote the letter.

Anyone else in the same boat here? How much time for 2nd time processing?
Canvis i think they will give you priority for more info check tamila0507's timeline, i have added your sponsorship time in the following link...add information about dependants

Yes, you can send it. I did send for my mom together with the additional documents requested on November 23 since I received it during that time. When I got the Medical and PCC request last month, it says "if you already have send the updated PCC you don't have to resubmit it"

yeah. It was unusual because they just used my mom's medical she completed for her TRV in March 2012.

..thats what I am wondering, my folks did meds for TRV as well..as per CIC agent, they said, unless they want more info..they won ask for meds but almost everyone here has insisted otherwise saying that TRV meds don't count even though the med form was the same with the exact same test

I even wrote to CIC Ottawa telling them my mom just passed medical for TRV and that hopefully we won't get another request. But we did. CIc agent over the phone told me that there were precedents when TRV's medical was used for PR. She also told me that exams are different. Well, the doctor my mom went to said that exams are absolutely identical. She said everything is the same including the form. So she just emailed the Regional Medical Centre in London and they sent her en email back saying that she needs to tell my mom to not do an exam again. And that they will notify CIC.
Next day, my mom's CIC status changed to "Medical...recieved"/

So if you have an opportunity to go to the same doctor, ask them to write a request (quoting you parents ICU etc) to the REgional Medical Centre.
