Hi kandel,
I appreciate ur suggestion. I am going to wait for this month only otherwise I will join university in April. Wel I was 21.5 when my sister sponsored me so technically I falls under category A of dependent children definition. So many people told me I don't need to be a conditioned full time student.
But anyway study does nt hurt. I will join uni just incase...thx :)

Yes very gud my brother was only 16-17 when i applied, but have never let him skip or take break from school. Can't afford taking risk here. :)

I found this the person who has a travel history for canada and usa it might take 4-5 month after medical to complete background check by CSIS. This is what I found on Security Intelligence Review Committee website, Check the Immigration screening section at the end

http://www.sirc-csars.gc.ca/anrran/2008-2009/axbb-eng.html#subb_3

It might take current 60-90 days for overseas screening of application

Can canyone kindly advise:

This is in regards the family case to Canada for my mother, who visited Australia for 8 months on tourist visa

Now got australian police clearence certificate which expires on 4th may 2013 (being 90 days validity) and my mother has yet no plans to visit again to Australia.

So my question is wouldn't this police clearance certificate expire if not requested by visa office before 4 may 2013.. Or should I send them anyway without asking to visa office New Delhi with covering letter of all her FILE and UCI NUMBERS.

if so what will be the correct address of New Delhi visa office OR kindly correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks once again for your time.
i send my mother FBI report from usa which expire on april 20 2013(90 days from issue date) i send the fbi report on 27 feb 2013 with cover letter mentioning name, file number, passport number ,date of birth to this address Canadian high commission. Immigration Section

Count yourself as 1
Your spouse as 1
Your son as 1 (if you have only one child). If you have more kids count them as well.
Your father as 1
Your mother as 1

Therefore, total family members are 5 (which includes you, your spouse, kids + your parents). So, you have to make an income for 5 persons $49,102. Your income of $49,102 has to be in last 12 months. Once you get job and your income is $49,102 then you can apply for Super visa.

You need to buy medical insurance from a Canadian Company for Super visa. You'd be paying monthly

insurance fee (if I am not wrong) and that would be around $150 per person. So, a total approx. $300 a month for both father and mother. You can contact an insurance advisor for medical insurance. $150 per
person for medical insurance fee is my guess... I do not know the exact numbers...

Thanks alot rajmal ....but if u dont kind me askiing,
What if my parents will have very good financial status and they might even financialy take care of our family in canda or at least transfer that money in my name , can i show that as prove of funds above the minimum minimum requirements.

If you want to sponsor your parents for immigration, then you have to wait until CIC starts accepting applications for parents immigration.
