I know guys...but it's so hard to wait as wel. I m in India since nov.i completed my course in Aus in nov. now I m in India since nov and free. It's been more then three months.
All my original documents are at NDO. I can't even continue my studies.
What you recommend...how to handle the situation.coz I am dependent and I should be a regular full time student according to CHC conditions.
I was 21.5yr only at the time when my sister sponsored me in 2007.
Will it be okay if I stay free till I get my visa?
How does it work for dependents.
Any help?

did u order ur GCMS notes yet?? if not yet, i would suggest u shd do it asap. I wish u get ur visa even b4 ur GCMS notes arrive but in other scenario u will get the idea wht the VO is thinking abt ur application. my sister was few days short of her 22nd bday wen i applied in aug 2007. (i m still confused abt the full-time studies requirement) but there is no mention of VO's concerns abt her full time education. so again, if possible....get ur GCMS notes before taking any further steps.

Hi pals please advise for below:

My mother has received medical evaluation few days ago (second medical request) which has now been rectified/done and dispatched after confirming the report is ok.

Can any one please advise what sort of additional delay (in terms of time) this will cause in the passport request.

My mother is now in India, previously she was at Australia on tourist visa where her first medicals was done.

Also please advise if I need to send her Australia's visit "policy clearance" (I got in hand for her 8 months visit as a back up in case CIC wants). I have already send the scanned copy to CIC New Delhi and CIC Ontario. So my question is should I send the hard copy as well, if so then to which address. Please note: no one from CIC has requested police clearance yet, but I have done for my own, just to save time in case CIC asks for.

Your reply / advise is highly appreciated.

She stayed in Australia for 8 months, then you MUST get PCC from Australia & send it to CIC.

As mentioned earlier I have already sent the soft copy to both New Delhi visa office AND CIC Ottawa
Do you mind to let me know where should I send the hard copy of police Clarence. Our visa office is New Delhi
Is this wise/safe to send this police clearance without any request from CIC or visa office

Please anyone advise from this forum

I personally would just wait. your age was locked in at that time and you only have a few months where you were not a student, free periods of a few months can always be explained easily (end of one session and waiting to start the next) if they do ever request it although I do not see that happening in your case.

you need to send original PCC to office where your file is currently been processed.

(Q-1) thanx for the guidance, my parents came to Canada on visit, and just before expiry 6 month visa term they applied for Visa Ext. Of-course i have the Canada post delivery slip showing that the application was received on 14th Nov, (expiry was 22nd Nov) and you know the reason ??? i was trying to be paperless and trying online daily with the Madgasker server.

• yet there is no Reply for the visa extension, when other guys beside me got the answer in about 45 days of application
  
  
• (Q-2) April12th cpp-M said that (file & sponsorship) is Okay and we are forwarding it to CPP-O.
  My parent came here and i noticed that while submitting additional docs, we used the old forms while sending in Feb 2012. Although the old forms were valid till march 2012, Yet to be honest i filled the new forms to replace the old, and sent them along a copy of PCC by e-mail and surface mail in June 2012.
  and also asked them, that as per their instructions we collected and e-mailed the pcc and requested if they like us to mail the original PCC, but there was no answer.
  
  again in Nov2012 i sent them (CPP-O) the reminder of my previous mail and asked if they wanted the Original PCc, Yet no answer.
  
  Even we are waiting for visa ext. application
  
  (3) Since my parents are here, and no one at our permanent address in Mumbai, i gave them (it is also showing in e-case) my home and postal address of Canada, will they send the medical/passport enquiry to me Or to the permanent address in india, i was bit over-consious.
