they made an error with my file as well when i initially sent the documents (they sent it back saying they needed passport pictures of applicant while they were inside the envelope). so i sent it back explaining in the letter and i do not think i lost any time. i do not think this will hurt you in anyway and even if it does it would not be a week or two at the most.

Yeah i remember that...they should process his file faster considering he is from 2007.

I am in the same situation as you. AOR for file complete was sent on July 6,2012. But up to now, nothing, nada, zilch!!!!

I am past the 44 months even worst I am in the 53 months mark so you should consider yourself lucky. I also have dependents.

Last time, I called the centre and they had told me to start inquire every day if nothing is done by January 11,2013. (How lame is that!!!)

But as per CIC website
the "medical results rec'd" falls under "DECISION MADE" stage/status

applied for inlaws in 2007
cic status
app recived oct 2007
app process oct 2012
medicals recieved

well they sent there passports in october as requested..but in november got a email that details of forign travel is needed for one parent.
sent in first week of november by dhl.

in first week of december recieved a call from cic that they havent recieved that form... so resent it by dhl and indian post to be sure...

in your guys opinion whats is the time line now ...and how much wait is expected for issuing visa?
also a dependent is on the file

As per the information from TIMELINE, last person (File in ND LVO) to get the visa from New Delhi LVO had sent the passport in August 2012. But some applicants with files at CPP-O got their passports back within 2 weeks

for people who have received the passport with the visa stamped on it from LVO-ND, can you share how you actually received the passport and original documents back??? I mean was it through a courier company, did LVO-ND provide the tracking number etc in an email. feel free to share any other information you deem important.
