Hi Parm, i know it sucks to wait for this long. Yeah your medical has expired since june 2013. But i din't know why they haven't ask your family to go again. May be you should ask/tell your MP that your medical has expired and maybe your MP can help. This way atleast they will take your file out...

Hii guys i am still confused regarding that letter either to send original or scan it. The thing is it says clearly in capital letters that , "PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS" also it has officer's signature on it. It's only one page letter. I m gonna post this letter...
