Hi the online address change process is applicable only tocthose applications that are beng processed in Canada. If your parents application are in a different country, then cic would not make this change to to physical file of your parents. The mailing address on the file would be considered as current. I had done soething si.ilar but in the earlier stage of applicatkon. I sent an email - casespecfic inquiry and told them about the same. They replied saying that for applications outside canada the only way to change the address is by providing a written request. Hope that helps

they made an error with my file as well when i initially sent the documents (they sent it back saying they needed passport pictures of applicant while they were inside the envelope). so i sent it back explaining in the letter and i do not think i lost any time. i do not think this will hurt you in anyway and even if it does it would not be a week or two at the most.

Veeru, No Not at all, we are here to help each other, you can ask as many questions as you want. yes you are right they are issuing visa according to initial date. my relative's time line is exactly same as mine only differance is they don't have dependents and send medical and Docs a week later then us. our estatus changed to DECISION made but till today didn't received the ppt with Visa. Please check your status on Monday , i am sure it will be updated on Monday. Be Happy it will be your turn soon.

i have same timeline as yours, i applied in dec 2007, medical done Oct 30 2012 and PP sent 1st week of Nov 2012, ecas shows medcial rec'd and started processing file on OCT 31 2012, I rec'd email from ND (Dec 13, 2012) requesting to resubmit Schedule 1 and IMM 5406 as some info were missing. So that means they are working on my file and I am expecting Visa in a month or so. So in your case if every thing is ok and nothing missing u should expect visa in a month

they request updated IMM5406, it is mandatory to list Spouse, Mother and Father in Section A (even if they are deceased), btw when did you sent the updated form

CIC asked for my mothers marital status document it takes a month to send because its all in the court, they take long time to get back and then i send IMM form for additional form before the 30 days they send and asked for 2 more weeks to send her marital status document from the session court, so i send that particular document with attached letter to cic NewDelhi on 11 Nov 2012 after that i didn't heard anything, i don't know what's going on.Please anyone tell me is my mothet file is moving forward.....?
